Archbishop Leo Celebrates Mass at Lift Jesus Higher Rally

On Saturday, March 2 the Most Reverend Francis Leo, Metropolitan Archbishop of Toronto traveled to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to celebrate Mass at the 2024 installment of the Lift Jesus Higher Rally.

The rally, which has separate tracks for adults and youth, draws thousands of people closer to God through praise and worship, eucharistic adoration, spiritual talks and the celebration of Mass. Speakers at this year’s event included Pete Burak, Peter, Debbie and Rachael Herbeck, Fr. Alex Colautti, CC, as well as Bishop Scott McCaig, CC.

Suresh Dominic, of Gethsemane Ministries, a lay Catholic ministry that coordinates the rally in Toronto, affirms, "The Lift Jesus Higher Rally ignites hearts and souls, inspiring individuals to live out their Catholic faith with passion and conviction."

In addition to Archbishop Leo, 24 priests and 13 deacons were present at the rally’s Mass with around 3,500 gathered in the congregation.
